PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and New Zealand. We are unable to ship to other countries at this time.
DELIVERY TIMES
Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, which allows us to keep prices low. Because of this, delivery can take longer than a typical domestic order. Estimated delivery after processing:
- United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
- United Kingdom & European Union: 10–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us and we'll help track it down.
SHIPPING RATES
Flat-rate shipping is $4.99, with free shipping on all orders over $75.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. These are set by your local customs office and are not included in your order total.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll do our best to help if the package hasn't shipped yet.
