RETURNS FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at pedalprime2026@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer. You will not be charged for return shipping in these cases.
CHANGE OF MIND / SIZE OR PREFERENCE ISSUES
Except where required by law (see "EU and UK Customers" below), all sales are final for reasons of buyer's remorse, such as not liking the item, ordering the wrong size, or changing your mind after purchase. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for these reasons. We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images carefully before ordering.
EU AND UK CUSTOMERS — YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at pedalprime2026@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, clearly stating your order number and your decision to withdraw. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we inform you otherwise. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days.
HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible, or contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos so we can resolve this quickly.
